Vedangi is a Senior Associate in WSK’s Intellectual Property Rights Team. She has been associated with the firm since the year 2018. She has extensive expertise in intellectual property litigation. She has handled several matters pertaining to trade mark and copyright infringement before the Hon’ble Bombay High Court and has represented various Pharma as well as FMCG companies. 

She also has been a part of the prosecution team, handling the traditional trade mark, copyright and design prosecution work including oppositions, rectifications, cease and desist notices, evidences, due diligence etc. She has also appeared in several opposition/cancellation proceedings before the Trade Marks Registry and the Intellectual Property Appellate Board (IPAB).
