Mr. Rahul Kadam graduated from the Government Law College in 1992 and later, joined The Firm. Rahul has been working with W.S. Kane & Co. since 1992 across prosecution and litigation including advising clients in IP transactions, drafting, enforcing and managing the IP portfolio of the organisation. Before joining The Firm, Rahul was interning at the Mumbai office of the well-known law firm, Mulla & Mulla & Craigie Blunt & Caroe, for about a year.

 

Rahul is a member of IPLPA, APAA, INTA, IAF, Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa, and Bombay Bar Association, and attends various domestic and international conferences and seminars, held by these associations. Rahul is also a Registered Patent Agent and was selected by the Government of India, on scholarship, through The Association of Overseas Technical Cooperation and Sustainable Partnership (AOTS) at Japan, to study the Japanese IP Laws. Rahul endeavours to play a vital role in the trademarks practice of the organisation.
