Kanishk Agarwal is a Senior Associate in WSK’s Intellectual Property Rights Team. Kanishk joined the firm as an Associate and is with the firm for the past more than two years. Kanishk is actively involved in all aspects of the firm’s intellectual property filing and prosecution practice, both in India as well as internationally, including through the Madrid Protocol system. Kanishk has also been involved in trade mark and copyright infringement lawsuits before the Bombay High Court and regularly attends hearings before all offices of the Indian Trade Marks Registry. Kanishk has also been involved in matters pertaining to domain name disputes before appropriate fora.

Kanishk has previously been associated with other prominent IP boutique firms and his previous experience in both Indian and international trade mark prosecution, opposition and enforcement matters, is of immense value.
