Meetha has been working with the Firm since 2017. She has over 15 years of experience in the areas of Consumer Disputes, Banking, Tax Disputes, IP prosecution, advisory, transactions and litigation arising out of IP rights.

 

Meetha holds a B.A in Economics and an LL. B Degree from the University of Mumbai. 

Ever since she has joined the Firm, she has handled trade mark prosecution work extensively and has experience in drafting oppositions, cease and desist notices, affidavits, opinions amongst other things. She also handles copyright registration work.
